I feel like I have learned a lot about fitness, training, and my own limits. Getting a trainer was a big step for me - I tend to like to do things on my own and figure them out. I have been training with Amy for over a year now, and I feel like I have learned so much since starting. Amy is an awesome trainer and an overall awesome person to spend time with. She pushes me to try new things, but always with a smile and a laugh".
